Refund policy

Returns
We offer a generous 30 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original tags and packaging.

In the event you require a different size we will resend the correct size with no additional shipping charge to you.

Unfortunately after 30 days from purchase we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

To complete your return, Please email in at info@elegantfemme.com so we can issue you a return authorization number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you're return meets the requirements above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Shipping
All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization number and be sent to PO Box 54, Kitty Hawk NC 27949, United States. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elegantfemme.com and we will get your exchanged item scheduled for delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
